So right out of the box these tablets were very buggy. I bought 4 figures, they are perfect for children. I was so excited about the parental controls only to find that I can't use the feature because it never sent the confirmation email. Another thing I didn't like was that the body is made of foam. I thought it was made out of some rubber like material but no. It's foam, case features like the strap and grip are nice. Ok, set up a password lock. I wanted to block one of them and couldn't use half of the letters to set the password because they didn't work. Then, on one of the tablets, there were streaks that could be seen when the screen was off, and there was a smudge when the screen was on. On another tablet, about a third of the screen didn't work, leaving a black bar. Customer service was pretty cool, although I sent them back with no problems. I don't know where these tablets get decent reviews from.
