I gave this set to my 7 year old niece who immediately fell in love with her. The only downside of this particular set is that it doesn't have a lot of details to let your imagination run wild to make bigger creations. The colors with glitter are unique incredible. I would not recommend this set for children under the age of 5 because of the small magnets that little ones like to put in their mouths. I like this set because it stimulates children's intellectual development better than "Tech", but I recommend a larger set. I received this product at a discount for my honest, unbiased review.
