"You get what you pay for" This device looked functional and attractive online, but video playback was limited. I've been searching the internet for a firmware update for this device for two days. Hopefully this fixes the slow response to screen touches and the ability to only play videos. This unit plays MP3s with no problem, but I already have an iPod for that. I bought this device for its video playback capability and it only supports a few formats. I tried the .avi format, it chokes and streaks appear on the screen. So I tried the .wmv format, I liked it better, but the video and audio were always a bit out of sync, it was a lot. Also, for most of the videos, the audio stopped after about 20 seconds and squeaked like old dialing modems did it uncomfortable. For some support from Craig (yes I even emailed them and NEVER got a reply) I would have to mark this unit as lost. It's a good touchscreen MP3 player, but that's about it. FAIL
