🎧 Craig 4GB 4.3" Display MP3 Player: High-Quality Audio Experience and Vibrant Visuals Review

I ordered this MP3 player for my grandson. When I ordered it I didn't realize it was from the 1990's. It does not charge at all, the battery is completely irretrievably empty and cannot be replaced. I am extremely disappointed.

I removed the transparent protective film, tried the "Touchscreen Calibration" function. It doesn't respond to touch on most of the screen, and when it does, it recognizes a different "button". Very frustrating as I also bought a 16GB SD card for it. Apparently it can only use 4GB. I wouldn't know as it didn't even play music loaded into the onboard storage let alone additional storage. This device didn't even work a little.

It arrived well before Christmas and we were very excited to try it. I wish I had done it before giving it to my daughter. It did not work. We got a boot disk, but the disk was Windows 1993 or something. I couldn't get it to boot on any of the computers we have or have at work. I returned the item and was very impressed with Revain's speed and professionalism. I got the RMA and UPS took it and 3 days later my money was refunded and I bought another product.

Had high hopes for this device. When it arrived there was a sticker on top of the clear plastic piece. Both were pasted on the real screen. I had a hard time taking off the two outer layers. Once this happened I could see the screen. The actual screen started peeling off after just a few hours. It took us some time to figure out how to play the video on this device. Bought this for my daughter for her birthday as I bought 2 others for my other children at different times. I have never bought the Craig brand and will never buy again. I was embarrassed to give my daughter this gift that didn't even work properly, but I was happy to get her a much better one (half the price!). "You get what you pay for" This device looked functional and attractive online, but video playback was limited. I've been searching the internet for a firmware update for this device for two days. I just received this. As already mentioned, the touchscreen is VERY insensitive. It's really terrible. Almost useless. Right out of the box there's a thin protective plastic cover over the screen (it's hard to see but it's there) that can be removed, which helps a bit. After a bit of fiddling I figured out the problem. A thick plastic lens with scratch protection is glued to the glass of the screen. That's why he's so insensitive.
