Let me first point out that I have ordered custom aligners for my teeth from the dentist. However, it still needs some tweaking to work properly. They sent me the wrong flavor which still annoys me because CITRUS IS FEST. I ordered mint but they sent me citrus. I can't stand the taste and if any of it overflows (which happens when you have enough gel on the trays) I start gagging. I didn't contact customer service like I should have, I was very busy in the shop. Once I bought it and never bothered. It works, you have to be very careful how to use it. I seriously whiten my teeth about once a year and then use a whitening toothpaste and wear a mouthguard regularly to keep them white (about every month or two). This gel really makes your teeth very sensitive and that blue thing they send you to help you with that really feels heavenly. It also makes me wish I got the mint as I ordered because the blue stuff tastes like mint and I love the taste of it. Depending on how much gel I use, I leave it on for 30-45 minutes. Note that this is also due to gel loss from choking and my trays fit a bit poorly (which I get for being cheaper on trays). I ordered a total of eight packs and I think I should have ordered four. I didn't even use a full syringe after bleaching about 6 times. In short this is a good product, don't take citrus, four syringes is more than a lot for one person and I'll probably order more blue anti-sensitivity gel.
