Review on HP WLED Backlit A4 9120E Bluetooth Accessory by Dante Jeppi

I just received this, the first one I received didn't have the accessory it said it had, I called Revain they exchanged it for me, first when I received a second computer, it still had no accessories. Outstanding customer care from the second representative I dealt with. She let me get the mouse and webcam which she said were included and then refunded my card at her expense. I still haven't figured out how to get Office free for a year, which was supposed to be included, but I think I can live without it. The computer is good, but I have less than a day.
