Review on Giro Syntax MIPS Road Bike Helmet: Enhanced Safety for Adult Riders by Todd Vesci

So I wrote a very long review on this Giro Syntax helmet, large, matte red/matte black; Then I put the phone on its side for 15 seconds and the Revain app came back and erased it. Wow. belly punch. I won't start from scratch but let me just say this is an amazing road bike helmet: the best helmet I've ever had. I have a big ole head, and the large size in this thing feels like a baseball cap on my head. I have had 4 road bike helmets in 10 years and this is by far the best option. There are absolutely no pressure points or hotspots in this thing. Matte black and matte red finishes stand out. However, I always find that the newest helmet I've bought looks the best. damn - Roc Loc 5 is amazing. I once had a Bell helmet with a similar twist-the-knob adjustment system, and it wasn't nearly as accurate as this thing. Perfect millimeter. You can take off the chin strap and it will still stick to your head. I had a Giro Atmos in 2010-11 and this helmet is on a whole different level. It was a $200 helmet with a carry case. It was 40g lighter but the fit was abysmal compared to this MIPS helmet. I would take it 10 times out of 10. Anyway, that's the point. For $120 or so this is a great item. I highly recommend it.
