I liked that my employee access could be set up like an individual 401k so they didn't have all of our info with them at any given time but were able get into it easily if we needed help from someone else or had questions about how things worked internally. When you first open guidelines you will need some training which can become somewhat tedious depending on what department/group has been setup for each person within your organization but overall everyone seems pretty happy once we are trained! It's not very user friendly when creating new plans though (need multiple people involved). Have everything available online instead - easier tracking as well because there isn't paper trail anymore since every bit of information gets stored digitally now anyways. There are so many features that it's hard for me not like everything about this program! Sometimes I forget something or don't know how use certain functions but once you learn them they're great tools!! The help section has really helped my understanding of each feature as well. It helps with budgeting which can be tricky when dealing w/ multiple people who have different income levels etc.. My favorite part would probably bt getting all information together into one place (budget).
