Mine fell out after 3 days of light use

This motherboard was a pleasure to work with and I appreciate that Gigabyte went for a relatively unobtrusive design in terms of "gaming" features on the Board has decided. I picked this board mainly for its I/O layout, which was fine for my light gaming, heavier code/workstation compilation case. I also need Thunderbolt support to use this with an LG UltraFine 5K display (the display only works with 4K resolution on Windows ๐Ÿ™„). Too bad that after 3 days of light use the board didn't turn on before I had a good opportunity to really push the system to its limits. There was no POST/lives, no codes on the built-in debug LEDs, nothing. My components work fine on the other system, which points to the motherboard as the source of the problem. I used this with a Ryzen 3900X, 32GB of DDR4-3200 Corsair LPX memory, a borrowed AMD RX580, a Corsair HX750i PSU, and a Gigabyte Titan. Ridge Thunderbolt expansion card in Windows 10 Pro. I tried creating an account on the Gigabyte eSupport website, but their website never accepted the credentials I created, even after multiple attempts to reset them. The last time I used a gigabyte motherboard was in the days of socket 775 and I remember being very happy with it back then. Too bad nothing happened to this motherboard. Let's hope Gigabyte can solve problems with future versions/batches of this product.
