It fits my iPad Pro perfectly and feels premium. Pros: This is one of the few cases with a thin plastic lid that pops open when the case is open. and provides better cooling. Cons: The volume button broke after 6 months. With this design, when the case is closed, the screen does not touch the side of the case that just touched the dirty surface of the table it was just placed on. Wood The side of the iPad you use most is completely open, so you can easily plug it in and enjoy great sound through the speaker. The screen is not covered with plastic and allows direct use of the stylus. (For me, this might be a minus for you) Cons: Due to the size and weight of the 12.9, the bottom flexes a little more when open at its widest angle than I would like. It's not a problem when you're resting, but if you walk around with the door open you can feel it (I know I shouldn't walk around with it like that, but I do). If you find yourself often on construction sites or in wet areas, I would go for something more protective. Otherwise, it's just as good for indoor use as they are. Even if the price wasn't as good as it is now, I would choose it over the others because of the case design.
