I like that it is easy enough so anyone can use without any training or help from an expert! It's also very helpful in terms of keeping track with all your customers' information as well which makes things easier when you have multiple locations/stores open at once (which sometimes happens).
Honestly though - not much else really because there isn't anything bad about this software either- but just know what kind if customer service they offer before signing up since some people don;t want their data being used by other companies who aren’ts even related businesses suchas car repair shops etc.. If someone has been working hard trying different pricing strategies then using optimiz will be able t osee how effective each one was compared against others within minutes insteadof having months worths time sorting through spreadsheets & price listsetc...
