I like that it is easy to use! The customer service team was great as well when we had questions throughout implementation of software (I'm not an accountant so they assisted with tax concerns). I like that you can see every customer at once as well which is great because it lets me know what they want so i don't have too ask them questions or try things in my store just by seeing their face/body language! You cant save anything off of your computer but there's always someone around who will help with this if needed.
