I like that it is easy to use! The customer service team was great as well when we had questions throughout implementation of software (I'm not an accountant so they assisted with tax concerns).

It's very user friendly - you don't need any training or help in order set up your business operations if you have accounting experience but still want this functionality available during off hours/weekends etc., just let us know how much time do you spend entering data each month into Excel which would be eliminated by using OptiX? Just make sure their support staff can answer all inquiries quickly & efficiently without needing multiple calls back-to-back before getting answers from one person who knows what he / she’s talking about!!
