Terrible product so far.

I've been using it for over a month now and am improving little by little, but I still can't print. I had to set the level to 50 and the speed to 2 so each print would take over 5 hours. I've tried different filenames, images, etc., nothing seems to work. I only received the laser, nothing else. I was supposed to get glasses but they never arrived. I had to buy several and wait over a week only to use one laser that is NOT WORKING. what happened to it I will buy another laser (not all of you) and make a comparison video.
