I bought this system for my work truck. It was very easy to install. I connect with followers almost every day and sometimes no one helps me. This makes it much easier for me to reset the trailer and saves me having to direct someone in bad weather. It was the perfect solution for what I needed. Night vision is ideal for the pre-dawn and evening hours. Connecting at 5am has never been easier. Although I bought this primarily to hook up to trailers, I was surprised at how handy it is as a fourth mirror when reversing/parking. The wide viewing angle is great and in the taller car I didn't have to drive over rubble and other objects. This potentially saves me money and downtime to fix a tire. About four months after I bought the system, I noticed that it was having trouble picking up a signal from the transmitter. As a result, the antenna on the back of the monitor somehow broke. I was driving on a rough road and he fell. It broke at the antenna hinge and ripped out the cable where I attach it to the monitor. It was Friday afternoon and I emailed the customer service contact listed on the docs. Rose was very nice and replied the same evening. After providing my address and holidays, yes, they answered my emails over the weekend. On Monday they sent me a replacement antenna and gave me a tracking number. I got everything fixed less than a week after I started having problems. All in all, I highly recommend this system. If I buy a second truck, I get another one for it.
