This is a good bright light, easily visible from a distance in daylight and a reasonable rear viewing angle. Mounting is very good. It's solid and secure, and as high on the bike as it gets. It's well built, with an aluminum body and an aluminum threaded bushing on the bracket. The button is solid with clear tactile feedback that you've pressed it. The battery level indicators are very small but noticeable. There are four modes, of which I only use two. The first two have auto on/off features that I don't trust and flashing patterns that I don't like. The third has a prominent flash which I usually use to be visible to cars and the fourth is always on if someone is driving behind you and the flash is distracting. The brake light function works pretty well, which is also good when someone is driving behind you. I love it so much I bought a second bike for my daughter.
