The 850W SFX unit turns the fan on and off continuously when idle (web browsing).

A very annoying fan spins up for about 0.5 seconds and then shuts off. Then it repeats itself many times for a minute. I have been waiting for this device and it is very annoying. The fan is audible under load, but not bad. This initial surge is hard/annoying to the ear. I would NOT recommend buying.
