I started using this cleansing scrub about a month ago. I used it twice a day for the first few days. I then reduced it to once a day because it cleaned my face too much! Now I use it once a day and it suits my skin. You only need a small amount on your fingertip to clean each side of your face and another on your eyebrows. I also use it on my neck. You will be satisfied with the result and the tube will definitely last for several months.
