A great monitor for the most part. The seller is not very good.

I left the field to work from home this week and had to set up an office in a tight space. After much research, I bought this monitor to minimize clutter and maximize desk space. I made a custom monitor mount for my desk to get rid of the very large monitor base. I have an ethernet connected to the monitor and it runs at gigabit speeds for both Windows and Linux clients. It also allows tagged VLAN traffic which I needed. Devices connected to a USB hub are also forwarded correctly. All three laptops I would use here support USB-C charging, allowing me to efficiently switch between laptops with a single cable! This large monitor has cleaned up my workspace and eliminated a lot of bezels and monitor feet and would have gotten 5 stars if there wasn't an issue. Internal speakers don't work! I tested all three inputs and every source I connect sees the monitor as a digital audio device and sends sound to it, but the monitor does not output any sound at any volume. I contacted the seller and they brushed me off and offered to take it to a local computer repair shop. They also informed me that they no longer have them, so a replacement is not an option. They didn't even offer a partial refund for a partially defective product to cover some of the main external speakers. Right now I'm working on projects that require screen real estate, so I'm sticking with this device. I find some USB speakers and plug them into a hub and that should give me a sound that the dead monitor speakers don't play.
