Works for a few weeks and then stops.
I bought this item and a whole box of matching incense sticks and although it has been working for a few weeks it has stopped. I cleaned with a brush and soapy water as recommended. Let it dry completely and if I put the incense cone on a small lotus flower it will go out after a minute. The return hole isn't blocked by anything, so I don't know what's causing it. Anyone have any ideas? Many Thanks.
