The most helpful part was seeing how other companies were using their data to make strategic decisions (or not). We are still working out what level they have achieved but there seems like quite an effort put into creating insights from this information which could be used by decision makers within your organisation as well if you wish! There's nothing particular I disliked - it all worked very effectively once set up etc so no complaints here really. Not much at present although i do believe more time needs spent looking after users experience rather than trying new things too quickly would probably help us improve user retention rates over long periods without needing any customer feedback or surveys/studies ourselves :).
