I love this electric relief valve. This allows me to empty my gray water tank directly from the bathroom in my RV. We often stay in one place for a long time, which allows us to fill the gray water tank quickly and often. There were times when we forgot to check the level in the tank and had to go outside in the morning before the shower to drain the full tank. No longer. A short press on the rocker switch opens the drain valve and allows the tank to be emptied. A red flashing light on the switch reminds you that the valve is open. There are limit switches at both ends of the valve travel so you don't stress the valve. Installing an automatic drain is easy. It is simply connected to the existing relief valve. My only complaint and reason for the 4 stars is that the cable between the actuator and the switch is too short. My bathroom is right above the sewer and I had to extend the wires to mount the switch in the bathroom. They really need to give you more leads. I bought an extra switch so I can also activate the valve from my canal room.
