I've had problems with toothpaste since childhood, making me nauseous or just not dealing with it can taste. I've tried fruit toothpastes for kids and other cinnamon flavored toothpastes and they helped compared to the stronger mint flavors, but other cinnamon toothpastes always left my mouth tingling and numb. My cousin suggested I try Tom's fluoride-free toothpaste. I tried this one and I liked it. The flavor isn't very strong, just enough to get a taste but not so much that they try to hide other flavors. I don't know how it helped prevent tooth decay or anything like that, but I can definitely brush my teeth longer because my mouth doesn't burn or taste bad.
