After trying this toothpaste, it quickly became my favorite. My teeth were so sensitive it wasn't funny. Then I realized, let's get away from all the chemicals and see how my teeth are doing. So I tried Tom's of Maine. Within a week my teeth became less sensitive. Now my dentist can't get me to switch from Tom's of Maine. I recommend it to him and the people in his practice.

Have been using it for years even when I had braces, it wasn't liquid and it really helps you clean your mouth healthy without leaving a film. But how disappointing is the change in ingredients: it used to be a thick paste with tiny crystals. I liked that she was still better than most, but not the same at all.

This has a wonderful light cinnamon flavor. It's not overwhelming like some of the mint toothpastes I've tried. I can finally give up my fluoride cinnamon toothpaste which I have been using because I found it and am very happy with it. You don't need much, it cleans well and freshens your breath. I will buy it again. I will also check out some of their other non-fluoride toothpastes. I think they have the gel now too. I will be very happy to see more of their brand appearing in stores.
