The forward carriage is off center.

First I bought 4T. My daughter is 4.5 years old, 34lbs - it was too much so I ordered a 3T - still tall. The front piece does not cover the child's chest and is creased - the cut is too deep - the front bow is also dented and the seams are torn. Terrible quality.
