A little big but better than expected
I bought these for my almost 5 year old who wears a size 10 (maybe 10 1/2 with a bit of wiggle room) and they actually fit him perfectly (he can even wear them with socks) so it looks like they are a bit small. Overall very happy with the purchase. They hold up great so I would say they are very good value for money!
