I was happy with my experience as an agent until they went through their corporate rebranding (after about 6 months). The whole system became difficult for me - it's too complicated! They made things much more confusing than necessary when people are already stressed from working long hours over holiday periods just trying to make ends meet during this tough time economically speaking. It really felt like some kind of bait & switch tactic at first but after getting feedback that we were not informed properly ahead of hand our customers would say similar thing so there must be something wrong here!! Don't risk being disappointed with them because you won;t have any choice if/when they go under anyway.
