Quality Control Issues?

One of the two had some adhesive stuck to the glass on the side that touches the screen. I only noticed when I installed it. I installed another without problems, but overall I'm not very satisfied. There are no tabs in the kit to align and guide the glass so I used painters tape to get the alignment right.
