I really liked this pump. We read many reviews before choosing these for our Isle SUPs. Now we are very upset that we didn't buy a more expensive pump from Isle. We had so many problems with this pump. Pros: Easy car battery connection and performance/fast (5 minutes to 14-15psi on our SUPS). Cons: Virtually NO instructions and some of them are not complete or correct. "HR Adapter" (similar to the claw needed for our SUPs) - easily detaches from the tube at around 11psi and allows air to escape. Now we have to hold it all the time while it inflates. The white o-ring that the rep recommended to us only makes matters worse (less tight connection). The adapter is now split as it needs to be slid onto the end of the hose. Now I see other people had this problem too and had to reinforce the adapter with clamps. This is BS. You need to come up with a better connection! I'm speaking to a reseller (couldn't contact anyone at Sea Eagle directly) to see if she can help us fix this issue or refund the pump at full price. Return. I will upvote or downvote my review once (if) this issue is resolved. I am currently very dissatisfied with this purchase. I'm giving two stars just to give the opportunity to correct the mistake!
