Stable my opinion for my opinion
On the recommendation of some CrossFit colleagues I broke down and bought a pair of these shoes and am much more consistent in weightlifting than I am in running shoes.
Pros
- Great shoes. Crossfit trainer. I will buy again
Cons
- May not provide enough stability for cross training
