I was nervous trying the plant based vegan protein bar, especially the one that was around $2, but I was pleasantly surprised! I eat them for about two months. The taste is pretty good. I highly recommend buying different sets first to find the flavors you like (lemon and peanut butter are my favorites). These foods provide long-lasting energy (plant-based protein is digested more slowly than whey), and when you compare sugar, fat, calories, carbs, and protein to other (whey-based) protein bars, they're hard to beat. I still eat a lot of meat and mix up other bars every once in a while, but these are my favorites.
