It's convenient and easy to gather the hair in a ponytail and then adjust the strap at the back.

Great for "bad days". It's good that the back strap is there, except you can pull your hair out and then fasten the strap. I love Tre used looks. I never sweat and I always sweat in hats. The first hat that fit me.
