The best thing about macrometa is that it's an open source software. It's free from cost as well. Also there are multiple languages which can be used with this such as Java or python. Nothing much i dislike in macropeta other than its price bit high compared to others and few bugs still need to work upon by developers. I would really recommend using macrometa if you want to create your own application without any worries of license costs. We were looking for a tool that could help us develop a web service API easily so we thought of trying out macrometa since it was totally free for trial usage only. I like how easy it was setup up in AWS Lambda (it's super fast!). There are some features that could be added but overall if you want an extremely low barrier of entry into using lambda this service works well! We needed something easily scalable without needing servers ourselves so we found macromea did just what they said - "no need". The pricing isn't too bad either compared with other providers out there at least as far as getting started goes.
