It's very well made and does the job. The materials will most likely stand up to the harshest of environments, but I'm using it in an office where there are very few outlets, and the fireman advised us to stop daisy-chaining extension cords to power the open space. We bought a 16 socket strip with a 15 meter cord and are now operating in accordance with local codes. The cable extends from the socket in the office to the outside area and runs down the hallway. This ramp is a bit overpriced but does the job well. Highly visible and extremely durable. Strangely, the product gave off a very strong odor (chemical smell) for about a week and is still noticeable after a few months. It's probably the chemical they use to separate the product from the mold that makes the product, but I wish the factory would prep/clean it for indoor use as well (hence minus one star). The rest of the hatch works fine, everything fits. The channels are large enough for multiple power cords and even multiple network cables with enough space. I have one in reserve in case we need to replicate the code-matching upgrade elsewhere. If I needed more of these beasts I would have no hesitation in buying this product again (unfortunately with a good cleaning before indoor use).
