The product itself is VERY solid and very reliable with a 15mm hard drive.

Checked a few months after purchase. This external hard drive comes with everything you need to mount any of the hard drives it is compatible with. I installed a 2TB Toshiba 15mm hard drive myself (the thickest version of laptop hard drives). Installing a hard drive in an external INEO was an easy task even if you are not tech savvy. The product itself is VERY solid and looks very reliable with the 15mm hard drive I have installed in it. All test speeds were tested with the "USBDeview" program.
