The pump hasn't worked since day one
Follow the instructions carefully to set the dehumidifier to pump the collected water to a nearby drain. The dehumidifier removed moisture from the air, but collected it in a bucket and shut itself down, giving an error message once the bucket was full. Repeated restarts did not fix the problem. The pump didn't even turn on. complete failure.
