Good for kids, not planks
I bought this to add some spice to my yoga. It's smaller than I actually thought. I have big feet (size 11) and they do, kinda, fit side by side, but it's not easy with the two grips. I also wanted to use it for planks, but it hurts my shoulders since they're not spaced apart right.The biggest reason I'd recommend this, though, is for kids. My boys are obsessed with it. It taught my oldest balance that he transferred to his skateboard. My youngest is doing all kinds of Spiderman tricks off it.A good add to the home gym.
