Review on Metra 99-7414 Single DIN Installation Kit for 2000-2006 Nissan Sentra Vehicles - Black - Enhanced SEO by Samuel Groove

This kit will NOT fit my 2000 Nissan Sentra. I used it to install my new Pyle PLD77MUB single din car radio. The opening of the Metra record was too small, both in length and height, to fit the stereo (not to mention the metal grommet for the stereo I was supposed to use (I didn't use that grommet). I had to do major surgery on the panel to open it with a knife and a dremel sanding disc.I finally got the stereo to fit and look normal but not before cutting my thumb with a first knife I'm not sure if it's Metra's fault for not making the plate the right size or Pyle's fault for not making the stereo the right size, all I know is that this particular Pyle stereo does not work well with this Metra kit out of the box.
