The support staff is very knowledgeable about their products and constantly monitoring for performance issues before they are realized by end users or customer's IT department. They have been able solve my problems quickly and efficiently with minimal downtime if any at all! I've heard some people complain that it takes them 30 minutes just trying something else out but this doesn't happen here anymore because you can always call tech support who knows what your doing so well ahead of time. If nothing seems right when things don't work correctly its probably one thing where i should try other providers as there could be an issue somewhere between me and a servers resources etc which we would never know until we tried! Make sure you choose someone reputable! Their sales team tries really hard at times even though customers pay high prices to host sites. It helps keep costs down knowing these guys take care of everything from day 1 with zero worries down the road unless needed. I have been using this product for over 4 years now and it has always met my needs. The support is great as well! Nothing at all that i can think of right off hand. If you're looking for a quality host or an affordable one then look no further! We use the platform primarily for email but also do backups and file storage with them as well.
