Durable, adjustable cuffs with Velcro, easy on and off, waterproof.
Bought size 12m for my 12m and it's big which I like as it has adjustable velcro cuffs that now make it fit. It's easy to slip on over clothes as it has 2 front zips and is waterproof so I can put it on my child and go to a wet muddy playground and come out dry and clean. It's lightweight yet durable. I'm about to order another one for my 3 year old.
