I am very pleased with the light fragrance and gentleness of this product. However, it works well enough to remove hard growths. I have very sensitive skin and nose. Any strong smell gives me migraines (ice pick and occipital migraines in an 18 year old). It is not. If I can be that imaginative, I filled my sink with hot water and some Puracy soap and put my caked-on guinea pig puzzle piece in the playhouse to soak (30 minutes is the longest I've lost, actually around 15 minutes). You know what was caked in those hard-to-reach grooves that closed. Forget it! I do NOT clean it so I decided to see if this soap would break up the dirt and it did! Thank God! A few light scrubs to make sure it's easy! I can use this as well as this all-purpose cleaner from this brand. That's why I like to use both. A good tip for cleaners (ANY cleaning product) is to spray ON a rag or paper towel, NEVER on a work surface. It can reduce irritation of the nasal and eye passages.
