I'm 1.80m tall and I ordered the X-Large set. Great price, three sets of gym clothes for this price but I can't wear shirts. They are too tight and restrict movement, which is not suitable for sports. I'm in good shape for my age, but I really do have a "dad body". If you've got the muscle mass and body fat of a fur seal or the physique of a Greek god, maybe you like firm skin that shows off your assets (and I'd envy you). But if you have a good dad, trust me, you're not going to show up outside in one of those shirts. The shorts are good, but the shirts? No, just no.
