I love wearing BUYJYA's casual men's sports shorts to workout. The large shirt is perfect for my 6ft 180lbs but it moves with me. The shorts have a more fluid look and allow greater freedom of movement. The inner lining is close to the body and two side pockets allow me to store my stuff. If the size was right I would give this product 4-5 stars. But the greatness is far, far away. I wear a large and bought a large. To say it's skin tight is a ridiculous understatement. I wish I had read the comments before ordering this. The article itself is pretty decent. But the current size will show every little bit of fat (or a lot) you have. Disappointing. So yes, take two sizes up. But due to the horrible size difference, I can't rate this item more than 3 stars.

I'm 1.80m tall and I ordered the X-Large set. Great price, three sets of gym clothes for this price but I can't wear shirts. They are too tight and restrict movement, which is not suitable for sports. I'm in good shape for my age, but I really do have a "dad body". If you've got the muscle mass and body fat of a fur seal or the physique of a Greek god, maybe you like firm skin that shows off your assets (and I'd envy you). But if you have a good dad, trust me, you're not going to show up…

No laces on the shorts! Simply elastic. It might last, but how could you not include laces? People who exercise lose weight lol and the elastic loses elasticity over time. Otherwise great shorts. No inner nylon sleeves, which can be a problem if you have wide hips. I was concerned about this (I have muscular thighs) due to the vague comments with no lining. The shirts fit great too, so I don't know what the "order is 2 sizes too big" is complaining about. Has the company fixed the problem? Does

I'm 5ft 8in, waist 34in but my stomach is about 36in. I ordered a large size. The material in them feels heavy when you hold them in your hands. I don't notice when I'm wearing them, but they are much heavier than cotton. I knew they were made from a spandex blend, but I still expected the oversized shirt to be loose fitting. The shirt isn't... It's skin tight. It's a very stretchy material so it doesn't really bind but shows every bulge. For a muscular person, this will probably be fine…
