I received the seat belt cutter last night and installed it this morning. It has no instructions, but is self-explanatory and simply designed. I live near a tannery and buy fat cowhide bellies for a few bucks, so I've been making leather goods for a long time. Cutting laces or thin straps (and I cut a lot of them, see photo which rolls need to be cut) has been a thorn in my side so far. I'm hesitant to buy any type of seat belt cutter because electric types are more expensive than cowhide ones and manual ones don't have the best reviews, but I tried this one and was pleased. The big downside is that it only cuts one strap at a time.
