That it was simple enough that we were able find what exactly we needed without needing extensive explanation as I knew very little about benefits prior use other systems! Their support staffs patience understanding approach makes using their system amazing!! This isn't something just thrown together in someone's basement so everything they produce does take some time but there are many options available (we even have our own design package). The ability at this point has never been limited by my lack knowledge or computer skills which allowed me great confidence going into any new project. Benefits can be such confusing territory you spend hours researching with no clear answer until later when more research gives way only then are all costs revealed making us realize how much money should possibly go towards different plans/options leaving nothing left over. The ability to use different modules within this software was great! I used it as my payroll system but have since moved away from that because there are better options available now (i.e., Paychex). If you're looking for something simple with no frills then this may be perfect for you. There's nothing really bad about this program - just make sure you know how to navigate through the various features. We were able to keep track of our employees' hours/payroll easily using this product.
