I was trying to troubleshoot a vibration problem with Jeep Compass kids and this seemed to be the solution for some people. They didn't fix the problem, but they didn't add anything either, so they're doing exactly what they need to. The problem was eventually resolved by draining and servicing the transmission. Codes were never cleared and the dealer kept wiping the issue, which is the same result 90% of people with dealer problems get. Dealer service intervals for transmissions are nonsense. Every 30-50k no more problems.
