The tool has helped us improve our website's usability by testing it with users from all over world, which we did not do before using this product (we tested only in India).

Sometimes there are issues when you try to use some options - sometimes they don't work at first click but after refreshing page or trying again later works fine so make sure! It helps me get more insights into what my customers need/want out-of-the box without having them fill up surveys /amp; questionnaires etc.- just give your site an overhaul &gt then go through each section one time carefully looking if anything can be improved upon as far reaching customer experiences goes!!
