Good value for money. I wish the board that the shelves are made of was sturdier, they should just use the same wood for the entire changing table. One of the brackets wasn't bent properly during manufacture, so one of my shelves isn't strong enough. You get two supports for the top shelf where your child will be and only one for the other two shelves. For stability reasons and taking into account cheap chipboard, each shelf had to be at least two-part. In general, for $60, it's not scary. I would return it if it was our main changing table. Our main problem is that it is very short. It should be three or four inches taller. I'm 5ft 7in and cannot stand up straight using a desk. I would only recommend it if your budget is pretty tight but you need a changing table and if you are shorter than me.
