Fin guides are missing

The air conditioner is supplied with the fins missing as shown in the pictures. I haven't heard from customer service yet. According to the user manual, I emailed it to keystonecs@keystone-products.com. I also called 800.849.1112 and only received voicemail. Disappointed. If a Keystone Customer Service Representative sees this message, please contact me.
