I bought this to use as a mini keyboard/wrist rest for my favorite Cherry mini trackball keyboard (click and accurate, but so small that it is difficult to balance on one's knees). This little platform allows me to sit with the keyboard in any position — cross-legged, reclined, and so on. The surface is so non-slip that I can use the keyboard almost vertically at right angles. The deck is the same width as my keyboard and because it's taller you can place the keyboard anywhere on it, which I like as I like the wide palm rest. And what a deal! Thin, light yet durable and washable. I also bought a 17" rackmount version for my Compaq Clicky keyboard. Print/Browse Bliss, Awesome!
